Responsibilities and Duties

Attend customer premises to service, maintain, and commission refrigeration and catering equipment to a high standard.

Achieve a high first-time fix rate and minimize recalls through efficient use of labour and parts.

Demonstrate a positive and adaptable approach to service calls and workload, aligned with business needs.

Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential future business opportunities.

Contribute suggestions to improve maintenance and repair practices.

Identify and signal commercial opportunities to the Sales department.

Respond promptly to service requests as directed by the Service Centre.

Comply fully with company policies and Health & Safety guidelines.

Maintain clear and professional communication at all times.

Provide feedback and support to fellow engineers, supervisors, and call allocators.

Carry out any other duties as directed by service management.
