Group Director of Operational Risk to lead the execution of its Group Operational Risk Framework.
Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, this high-impact role focuses on identifying, assessing, managing, and monitoring operational risks, with a special emphasis on scenario analysis, risk appetite, and capital assessment.
Key Responsibilities: Rolling out the operational risk framework across the Bank, leading a talented team, and providing crucial insights to the Risk Management Committee. You'll work closely with senior leaders to ensure operational risks are well-managed, and performance dashboards are clear and actionable.
Requirements to Meet Prior to Applying: - Minimum 10 years of operational risk management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.
- A university Degree and operational risk qualifications.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
- Exceptional communication abilities to influence and inspire stakeholders.
