Group Director of Operational Risk to spearhead the implementation of its Group operational risk framework.
In this senior role, reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, assessing, managing, and monitoring operational risks, with a key focus on scenario analysis, risk appetite, and capital assessment.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of the operational risk framework across the bank.
- Manage a high-performing team, providing expert insights to the Risk Management Committee.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure effective risk management strategies.
- Develop and maintain clear, actionable performance dashboards to monitor risk levels.
Key Requirements: - A minimum of 10 years in operational risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- A relevant university Degree and professional qualifications in operational risk.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
