Duties and Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management - Implement a proactive client engagement strategy (e.g., regular check-ins, personalized communication, value-added services).
- Identify and address client pain points to proactively improve satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to inform improvements.
- Develop new client relationships:
- Implement a targeted lead generation strategy (e.g., industry events, networking).
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Sales & Business Development Processes - Streamline sales and business development activities:
- Implement a robust CRM system to track all sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
- Develop and adhere to standardized sales processes and workflows.
- Utilize data analytics to identify sales trends, forecast revenue, and optimize sales strategies.
- Project Management & Execution:
- Ensure timely and successful project delivery that meets client expectations and project timelines.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Conduct regular project reviews with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.
Account Management & Performance Optimize inventory management: - Implement a system for accurate inventory tracking and forecasting.
- Establish and maintain optimal stock levels for key accounts to minimize stockouts and maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely and efficient inventory replenishment.
Ensure timely payments: - Proactively monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Implement clear credit policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with finance to resolve any payment disputes or discrepancies.
Price Optimization & Profitability: - Conduct regular market price analysis to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability margins.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that differentiate the company and maximize revenue.
- Analyze sales data to identify pricing trends and areas for improvement.
