More about the position:
- Source new leads from cold calling, resulting in the opening of new accounts.
- Building your own client base.
- Service/maintain client base.
- Network on a regular basis to source new leads.
- Reporting on activities for the week (new leads/potential clients/problems/challenges, etc).
- Meet targets set monthly, quarterly, annually.
- The role is challenging but our commission structure rewards staff who consistently perform.
Skills and requirements:
- Sales experience in courier sales is preferable.
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license is essential.
- Ability to build strong client relationship network.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential (English & Afrikaans).
- Must be able to work exceptionally well under pressure.
- Computer literate – working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of Parcel Perfect would be advantageous.
- Target driven, hardworking, and determined.
- Presentable, outgoing personality, dynamic, and a go-getter.
