With expertise in air, sea, and road transport, Seabourne manages shipments from start to finish, providing both domestic and international services, including various supply chain solutions and warehouse management in South Africa, the Netherlands, the UK, and France.

More about the position:

Source new leads from cold calling, resulting in the opening of new accounts.
Building your own client base.
Service/maintain client base.
Network on a regular basis to source new leads.
Reporting on activities for the week (new leads/potential clients/problems/challenges, etc).
Meet targets set monthly, quarterly, annually.
The role is challenging but our commission structure rewards staff who consistently perform.

Skills and requirements:

Sales experience in courier sales is preferable.
Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license is essential.
Ability to build strong client relationship network.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential (English & Afrikaans).
Must be able to work exceptionally well under pressure.
Computer literate – working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of Parcel Perfect would be advantageous.
Target driven, hardworking, and determined.
Presentable, outgoing personality, dynamic, and a go-getter.
