1) in Brand Events
- Management of global events and brand moments from start to finish, taking ownership of the entire process, from project kick-off to production and post-event analysis, including guest lists (a knowledge of global media landscape is a must have)
- Collaboration with the Regional, and Local Marketing and Brand Activation teams
- Overview of event logistics, communications, vendor relationships, and the procurement of materials
- Management of integrated/internal teams and communication plans across projects
- Management of budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated and utilized efficiently for the successful execution of projects and events
- Drive consumer-led events innovation that reflects current trends, and create experiences that build deep affinity with our core communities
2) in Influencer Events / Press Events
- Management of event activation and digital influencer projects such as influencer content creation platforms, influencer events and influencer experiences such (New York Fashion Week Influencer Concepts, Influencer Round Tables, event specific concepts)
- Planning and monitoring of KPIs and success management of global and local influencer campaigns
- Organization of press days/showrooms and other platforms where press/influencer/VIPs interact
3) in Red Carpet / Film placements
- Strategy on VIP placements for events and activations
- Management of negotiation process
- Contract implementation, able to deal with processes and internal stakeholders
4) in Licences Management
- License Partners Management
- License Partner Asset and Campaign Development, incl. process developmen
You'll have…
- a Bache lor and/or Master degree or an equivalent apprenticeship
- minimum 5 years of professional experience in PR/Marketing (ideally in startups, agencies or global companies within the luxury industry)
- expertise in dealing with international events, global expertise is a must (e.g. executed work in the US, China, Europe, etc.)
- strong connections with talent/VIP agencies on a global perspective
- a networker-personality with strong communication skills
- an agile and organized working method
- the ability to think 360°, bringing different perspectives on essential topics
- strong interest for cultural trends and current affairs, able to spot opportunities and create ‘moments' to promote the brand
- fluent English skills, additional languages are beneficial
- the willingness to travel internationally frequently
