Key responsibilities
Plan and develop the project from inception to completion
- Initiate project once Sales rep concludes sale
- Ensuring Project necessary information goes to the teams to implement/ procure
- Monitor and manage project progress
- Guide the project process
- Set deadlines
- Make sure that projects are completed within stipulated time frames
- Solve issues that arise before during and after project implementation
- Manage project budget
- Evaluate project performance
- Report project progress to Senior management
- Completing project close out
Lead the Project implementation team
- Including assessing and managing the performance of team members
- Operations team
- Ensuring each member performs their functions timeously for successful project implementation
- Installation team
- Ensuring that internal and Subcontracted teams are properly briefed
- Ensuring that site management is done
- Ensuring Installation is completed within quoted time frames
- Opening and closing project sites
- Directing teams in order to fulfil new projects installations and After Sales Maintenance/ call outs
- Checking Commissioning settings are correct on close out
- According to any site specific setting
- Evaluate neatness of site Electrical installation and Cleanliness of site
- All installation guidelines followed in terms of airgaps
- All main components; trunking and conduits mounted straight and in position as client briefed
- Creating snags list
- Managing that all snags are attended to within reasonable time frames
- Managing the process for any accidents/ Damages which may arise onsite
- Managing interlinked work flows of team members for optimal project delivery
- Managing installation resources to best fulfil client Satisfaction and operational efficiency through resource planning
Monitor and track the projects through Project management software
- Improve project workflows ongoing basis
Manage Project sites
- Manage Client relationships and Expectation during and after Project completion
- Ensure that deliverables are met
- Ensure and Regulations/ site specific task are actioned/ abided by
Reporting to Senior Management
- Prepare Monthly report on projects completed
- Manage Monthly feedback meetings to Senior Management
After Sales Servicing and Maintaining Client relationships
- Managing Client callouts/ maintenance issues
- Completing project walk throughs with Clients to ensure proper close out
- Ensuring aftersales Client satisfaction
