We’re looking for a focused, self-motivated, and target-driven Commercial Property Consultant to join our fast-paced environment in our Gauteng and Cape Town offices.
Description of Role:
- New Business Development by means of canvassing and networking
- Constant and proactive mining of a large and constantly updated leads database.
- Arrange viewings with Landlords and prospective Tenants
- Integrating your day-to-day role with the Global Corporate Services Team & Auction Team to streamline the interaction between the divisions
- Updating of internal CRM system
- Updating online platforms when marketing any stock
- Timeously communicate with prospective clients that have made inquiries
- Conduct and manage the interaction between the parties of a transaction with integrity and professionalism in order to establish a successful outcome and to maintain good relationships
- Draft and complete legal documents
- Be regarded as an area specialist broker which includes growing and maintaining relationships with the respective landlords and tenants within the given area
- Manage and control a lease expiry database within your team to ensure that you are the first point of contact
- Adhere to and remain inquisitive about industry best practices
- Remain knowledgeable about property values and valuations within your area
Requirements:
- Matric level or equivalent education
- Own vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
