Industrial Relations Support Consultant
We currently have an exciting position available for an Industrial Relations Support Consultant, to be based at our branch in Johannesburg North.
Duties & Responsibilities
You are responsible for inclusive of, but not limited to:
- Provide quality support to clients and consultants.
- Support clients telephonically / via email as the primary point of contact.
- Onboarding of new consultants (training and signoffs) as well as further development through managing the LAP process with all consultants within the region.
- Ensuring appointments are booked efficiently, with area focus and the type of work in mind.
- Ensuring we minimize the administrative burden on the entire IR team.
- Secure, develop, and maintain client relationships.
Desired Experience & Qualification
You'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:
- B-Degree in IR/Law/HR/Industrial psychology or related field.
- At least 1 year’s experience in Industrial Relations.
- Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of Labour Law.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Must be able to effectively function within a pressurized and fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle is essential.
- Experience in facilitating training would be advantageous.
Package & Remuneration
Salary: R17 850 CTC per month
