- Team Support: Assist the Floor Manager in supervising and training staff, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that guests receive top-notch service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Operational Management: Help oversee daily operations, from opening to closing, ensuring all standards are met.
- POS Management: Utilize the Platinum POS system effectively, ensuring accurate transactions and reporting.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role is essential.
- Familiarity with the Platinum POS system is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a busy setting.
