Minimum Requirements
Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful design projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work and demonstrating a keen eye for detail, creativity, and innovation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Concept Development: Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative design solutions for various projects, including marketing campaigns, digital media, print collateral, and branding.
Design Production: Create high-quality designs, graphics, and layouts for a wide range of mediums, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.
Photoshoots: Planning and art direction of lifestyle and product photography.
Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with business goals.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
Business Interaction: Communicate with business stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback to refine final deliverables.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance design quality and workflow efficiency.
