Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum 3 years experience in reservationist position within lodges
- Excellent command of the English language and good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent computer skills and financial awareness
- Should have a high level of customer service and support
- Must have pride for the guest experience
- Should have excellent telephone and email manner
- Must be proactive and committed to the businesses interests
- Must work well independently as well as within a team
- Should work well under pressure with the ability to multitask
- Should have strong organisational and administrative skills
This is a live-in position, food allowance, Medical and Pension Contribution and Bed Nights
Cycle: 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off
