General Duties:

Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
Main responsibilities will be focused on the Housekeeping department
Stock take and control of all laundry and housekeeping equipment
Quality control, stock take and control of all linen
Receiving of all orders
Maintaining the cleanliness of the storeroom
Issuing of stock when required
Room checks and general maintenance
Management of budget
Training of housekeeping and laundry when required
Hosting of guests at all meal times
Assisting with guest check ins and outs
Assisting with early departures and late arrivals
When Lodge Anchors are off assisting with their various duties
