Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Computer Literate- must be able to use the lodge system.
- Running the restaurant department in its entirety (staff training, stock taking, ordering, stock rotation, supervising, quality control, guest hosting, strong leadership skills etc.)
- Working with the kitchen department to produce a dining experience of the highest quality.
- Ensuring the highest standards in the fine details of the restaurant department (guest satisfaction, restaurant presentation, food quality control, staff management.)
- Good leadership skills to bring the F&B department to the highest level.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Willing to bring new ideas to the table to better the food & beverage department.
