Purpose of the Job:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Administrator to manage key administrative tasks, ensuring smooth departmental operations. This role includes handling petty cash, purchase orders, and payment requisitions.
Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Basic understanding of financial processes (petty cash, purchase orders, etc.).
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and process petty cash transactions.
- Prepare and submit purchase orders.
- Handle payment requisitions and ensure timely processing.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and coordination.
