Job Title: Construction Manager
Location:
Limpopo, Waterberg District, Lephalale
Job Type:
6 month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours
Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage all construction activities on the site
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Implement health and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Review and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Communicate progress and any issues to stakeholders and project managers
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Construction Management.
- PrEng with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)
- Valid Construction Manager certification
- Proven experience in a similar role in the construction industry
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in construction management for large industrial or infrastructure projects
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of construction processes and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in project management software
