We are partnered with a well established manufacturer & supplier to fashion retailers in both the UK and Europe. We manufacture for own labels and for various other high street customers. We are looking for a Retail Operation Assistant to join our concessions team.
This is an interesting and dynamic Full Time role requiring the ability to be on task and flexible.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare weekly intakes & distribution reports for host locations

Analyse stock variances.

Prepare store level sales & performance reports & analysis, present the analysis to the management.

Update on weekly sales from host locations.

Handling inbound queries from host locations regarding stock replenishment

Manage data transfer/export from host locations & In house systems
-
Prepare reports for stock on hand analysis across various hosts.

Assist in seasonal stock take.

Data entry/ documentation for host sales updates

Store visits and generate reports for brand comparison from store performance report

Analytical skills and good knowledge of working in excel.
Requirements

You must be a highly organised individual with the ability to coordinate large volumes of reports and documentation.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

You must be comfortable working with data and generating / understand reports in excel.

Previous experience of working on with excels/ generating reports and analysing will be ideal.

Have the ability to work alone and well within a team

You will be self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
