We are working with a well-established luxury jewellery business to recruit an experienced Fine Jewellery Sales Consultant for its London team. The Role
As a Fine Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, developing lasting relationships with clients and representing a business with a strong reputation in the luxury jewellery market.
Key responsibilities will include:
Delivering a personalised and professional service to a discerning luxury clientele.
Using your knowledge of fine jewellery to confidently advise clients on collections, gemstones, precious metals and individual pieces.
Building and developing a loyal client base through effective relationship management and clienteling.
Proactively identifying sales opportunities and consistently working towards individual and store targets.
Providing expert advice throughout the purchasing journey, ensuring clients receive a first-class experience.
Maintaining excellent product knowledge and high standards of presentation.
Supporting private appointments, client events and other client relationship activities.
About You
We are looking for someone who genuinely understands the fine jewellery sector and can bring both product knowledge and commercial ability to the role.
Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience within fine jewellery retail - this is essential.
A strong understanding of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals and fine jewellery.
Experience selling high-value jewellery and working with an affluent clientele.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
A confident, personable and professional approach to luxury sales.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
A genuine passion for jewellery and providing an excellent customer experience.
