We are now recruiting a Production & Warehouse Operative to support day-to-day production and laboratory operations for our client’s technology business based in Middlesbrough.
Working alongside a team of scientists, engineers and operational experts, you will help ensure production runs smoothly, quality standards are maintained and materials are handled and recorded accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production of sustainable construction materials.
- Prepare samples and carry out quality control testing.
- Maintain accurate records and update data using internal systems.
- Support general warehouse, site and laboratory housekeeping.
- Manage stock levels and replenish materials and supplies.
- Assist with loading, unloading and transporting goods and materials.
- Follow company health and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production or hands-on operational role.
- Comfortable with regular manual handling and lifting.
- Good stock control and record-keeping skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, sending emails.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Valid FLT licence
