Systems Administrator
📍 Dartford, Kent
💰 £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
🕒 Full Time | Permanent | Office Based
My client has recently launched a bespoke business management platform that sits at the heart of their operation, bringing together project, client, workforce and financial data into one central system.
They are now seeking a Systems Administrator to become the internal expert and champion of the platform. This is not a traditional IT infrastructure role. Instead, you'll take ownership of the system itself, ensuring data integrity, supporting users, developing digital workflows and forms, producing management reports, and working alongside developers to drive ongoing improvements.
The salary range reflects the flexibility of the opportunity. The role would suit either an experienced Systems, CRM or Application Administrator who can quickly take ownership of the platform, or a highly organised and systems-minded Administrator looking to develop into a specialist systems role.
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead the migration of legacy data from existing systems into the new platform, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout
-
Act as the internal super user and first point of contact for all system-related queries

-
Liaise with software developers to investigate bugs, test enhancements and support future system updates
-
Deliver training and guidance to colleagues across the business
-
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through better use of the system
-
Maintain system documentation and best practice guides
