Monitoring digital engagement and campaign performance, using analytics and audience insight to identify opportunities for improvement.
-
Developing and maintaining reusable digital templates and creative assets.
-
Working with external digital, creative and media suppliers.
-
Supporting the organisation at conferences and events as required.

We are seeking a proactive and creative communications and marketing professional with experience across digital channels and content production.
You will ideally have:
-
Proven experience in a communications, marketing or digital role, preferably within a membership organisation, charity or not-for-profit environment.
-
Experience managing website content through a CMS, including making structural and editorial improvements.
-
Excellent copywriting, creative writing, proofreading and editorial skills.
-
Experience using email marketing platforms and social media scheduling and analytics tools.
-
Practical video production and editing skills, with an understanding of engaging visual content.
-
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
-
An understanding of GDPR, digital accessibility and good data practices.
-
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to pick up new digital platforms quickly.
Experience of marketing events, webinars or educational programmes would be advantageous, but is not essential, as would knowledge of Canva, Kentico CMS or Zoho CRM.
