Responsibilities for this Insolvency Litigation Solicitor role:
High Court and County Court insolvency litigation as well as mediation and other forms of dispute resolution
Drafting documents
Assisting in managing the dispute resolution process
Be able to interact with clients, managing their expectations and meeting deadlines
Provide support to the partner and support to the other fee-earners within the team
Be able to work on more complex matters and generate your own caseloadPerson specification for this Insolvency Litigation Solicitor role:
4-6 years as a Solicitor, in the UK specialising in Contentious Insolvency matters
Academic background with 2:1 at degree level or equivalent
Highly focused
Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
