Digital Marketing Executive

Office-based, Monday–Friday (non-negotiable)
Salary: £30,000–£35,000
Marmon Lift Recruitment are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing group of businesses, taking ownership of digital marketing activity across three brands. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, you’ll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, develop campaigns and make a real impact.
THE ROLE
You will manage a varied programme of digital marketing activity, taking content from initial idea through to creation, editing and publication.
Your responsibilities will include:

Writing engaging website copy, blogs, case studies and social media content.

Designing graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar tools.

Creating and editing videos for social media and digital campaigns.

Developing landing pages and email marketing campaigns.
-
Managing websites, SEO and LinkedIn activity.
-
Supporting and managing paid digital campaigns.
-
Using AI tools to support content creation, research and campaign development.

Monitoring performance through Google Analytics and Search Console.

Supporting PR, events and wider marketing initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
You must have practical experience creating digital marketing content yourself. This is a hands-on creative role, so experience must go beyond analytics and campaign monitoring.
Essential experience:

Writing engaging copy for websites, blogs, social media and email campaigns.

Designing graphics and visual content using Canva or similar tools.

Producing and editing video content.

Managing and publishing content across different brands and digital channels.

Experience with SEO and website/CMS management.

Working with LinkedIn and paid digital campaigns.

Using Google Analytics and Search Console to measure performance.

Creating email campaigns and using AI tools to support marketing activity.
