Customer Service Advisor - Start Date: ASAP
Location: Leeds (LS3)
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (alternating shifts: 8am-4.30pm one week and 9.30am-6pm the next) plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings from home
Contract: Permanent
Requirements: Successful DBS check required

I'm currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of an established business based in the Leeds area.

The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring customer enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming customer enquiries via telephone and other communication channels
Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries
Managing customer requests and following up where necessary
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with colleagues and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
Dealing with any issues in a professional and proactive manner
About You:
We're looking for someone who is approachable, organised and confident communicating with a variety of people. Previous customer service experience would be advantageous, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
