Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator on behalf of our client based near Saffron Walden, on a permanent basis.
Our client is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Administrator to join their team, providing commercial and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and administration, preferably within aviation, construction, rail or a similar industry.
Roles & Responsibilities

Accurately input and maintain information within internal database systems.

Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service by telephone and email.

Liaise with customers and internal departments to track and progress maintenance and repair activities.

Manage customer service issues and ensure enquiries are dealt with professionally and promptly.

Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers.

Complete general administrative duties and ensure records are kept accurate and up to date.

Follow company procedures and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience within a commercial administration or customer service role.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
-
Experience within aviation, construction, rail or a similar industry would be advantageous.

Confident using Microsoft Office and internal database systems.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

A professional and customer-focused approach.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage workload independently.
