Multi Trade Operative
Location: East London - E15
Contract Type: Temporary - on going. No end date advised. Possible permanent opportunities.
Daily Rate: £165.00 daily PAYE + annual leave accrual and optional pension.
Working Pattern: Full Time
About the Role:
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across various trades. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct repairs and maintenance across multiple disciplines, including plastering, vinyl flooring, bricklaying, and painting & decorating.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform inspections to identify issues.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Uphold health and safety standards while on site. Ideal Candidate:
Our client is looking for individuals who possess:
Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative or in a similar role.
A strong understanding of various trades and maintenance practises.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid driving licence (essential).
