Welder – Newly Qualified Welders Welcome
Location: Gainsborough
Pay: £14.50 per hour – Days / £16.35 per hour – Afternoons & Nights
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

This is a genuine opportunity to join a growing business, develop your welding skills and potentially secure a permanent position.
You do NOT need years of welding experience. If you have recently completed a welding qualification and have the right attitude and willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.
Pay & Working Hours
Day Shift – £14.50 per hour
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
Friday: 6:00am – 1:30pmAfternoon Shift – £16.35 per hour
Monday to Wednesday: 2:30pm – 1:00am
Thursday: 2:30pm – 12:00amMonday to Friday – NO WEEKENDS
The Welder Role
Working as part of the manufacturing team, you will be involved in:
MIG and/or TIG welding
Welding and assembling components
Preparing materials for welding
Setting up and safely using welding equipment
Working from drawings and specifications
Checking welds for quality
Using hand and power tools
Maintaining a clean and safe working area
Following Health & Safety procedures
Working as part of a busy production teamFull support and on-the-job training will be provided to help you develop your practical welding skills.
What We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
A Level 2 or Level 3 Welding qualification or recognised welding certification
MIG and/or TIG welding knowledge
Some practical welding experience – although this is not essential
A genuine interest in building a career in welding
Good attention to detail
A willingness to learn
A reliable and positive attitude
