Account Coordinator -3PL / Ecommerce

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE

TurnerFox Recruitment are currently recruiting for several 3PL / Ecommerce Account Coordinators to join growing businesses within the Mansfield area.
We are keen to hear from candidates who have previous experience within 3PL, ecommerce, fulfilment, logistics or distribution environments and enjoy working in a customer-focused role.
These are non-sales positions, where you will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, coordinating day-to-day requirements and working closely with internal warehouse, fulfilment and operational teams to ensure a high level of service is delivered.
The Role:
Managing and developing relationships with existing customer accounts
Acting as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and requests
Liaising with warehouse, fulfilment and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Coordinating orders, deliveries and fulfilment requirements
Managing customer queries relating to stock, orders and deliveries
Providing regular updates to customers and resolving any service issues
Supporting quotations, pricing, reporting and general account administration
Ensuring customer records and account information are kept up to date
Working closely with internal departments to ensure the smooth running of customer accounts The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience within 3PL, ecommerce, fulfilment, logistics, warehousing or distribution would be highly desirable
Experience in account coordination, customer service, client services or account management
Confident communicating with customers and internal teams
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
Comfortable working within a fast-paced operational environment
A team player with a flexible and hands-on approach
This opportunity would suit candidates currently working as an Account Executive, Account Coordinator, Client Services Executive, Fulfilment Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator or Customer Service Executive within a 3PL, ecommerce or fulfilment environment.
