This SMART Repairer role offers a competitive basic salary with a bonus scheme providing uncapped on-target earnings of approximately £39,800 per annum.

As a SMART Repairer, you will carry out SMART repairs, including minor panel damage, paint preparation, masking and polishing.
Mix and apply paint products to a consistently high standard.
Repair or replace damaged panels in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring a safe, clean and organised working environment.
The SMART Repairer will assist with customer enquiries and repair quotations when required.Requirements:
Previous experience as a SMART Repairer, either mobile or workshop-based, is desirable.
Relevant automotive accident repair experience involving minor panel damage repairs, vehicle re-spraying and preparation will also be considered.
Applicants for the SMART Repairer position must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and take pride in their workmanship.
A successful SMART Repairer will work effectively independently while supporting a growing operation.
Commitment to health and safety, outstanding customer care and continuous professional development is essential.
