Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Chippenham
Salary: £30,000–£31,000 + Bonus
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established, family-owned automotive group based in Wiltshire.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle's service and repair journey. You'll work closely with the workshop and manufacturer teams to ensure customers receive a high level of service from booking through to vehicle collection.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience working as a Service Advisor, or in a similar customer-facing automotive role

Confident and professional communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Good computer literacy and the ability to use various IT systems

Good knowledge of vehicles and general automotive terminology

Ability to work well under pressure and in a busy dealership environment
