Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm–7:00pm or 5:00pm–8:00pm (subject to change)

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable, hardworking and experienced School Cleaner to work within a school in Enfield, EN3, ensuring the school premises are kept clean, hygienic and safe for pupils and staff.
The successful candidate must have previous professional cleaning experience, a valid Enhanced DBS check and a good understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, staffrooms and communal areas.
Cleaning and sanitising toilets, washrooms and other facilities.
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting floors and surfaces.
Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
Using cleaning products and chemicals safely and in accordance with COSHH guidelines.
Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Ensuring cleaning equipment is maintained and stored correctly.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school.
Reporting any maintenance issues, damage or health and safety concerns to the relevant staff.Essential Requirements
Previous professional cleaning experience is essential.
A valid Enhanced DBS check is essential.
Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, products and safe handling procedures.
An understanding of COSHH and workplace health and safety.
A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A commitment to safeguarding and maintaining a safe environment for children.Working HoursMonday to Friday, either 4:00pm–7:00pm or 5:00pm–8:00pm, with the final hours to be confirmed.
