Recruitment Resourcer
No recruitment experience? No problem. Good chat? Now we're talking.
We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join The Sterling Choice. You don't need recruitment experience or a fancy CV. We can teach you all of that.
What we can't teach is personality, energy, a good work ethic and the ability to pick up the phone and have a proper conversation without sounding like a robot.

A little about us…
We recruit predominantly across the Food and FMCG industry, working with some of the biggest and most recognisable names in food manufacturing. We're a well-established brand, trusted by the biggest businesses in the industry, with a huge amount of our work coming from repeat clients.
We're also a fantastically close-knit team. Most of us have been here for close to ten years, which is pretty unheard of in recruitment. There's a reason for that: we celebrate each other's wins and, most importantly, have a laugh along the way.

What will you be doing?
Finding great candidates: Getting creative with different ways to find talented people, from online searches and social media to networking and other sourcing methods.
Getting to know people: Picking up the phone, building relationships and understanding what candidates want from their careers.
Profiling and referencing: Learning about candidates' experience, motivations and suitability for different roles.
Generating leads: Gathering information and spotting opportunities to help our consultants grow their networks.
Supporting the team: Working alongside experienced consultants and playing a part in making great placements.
Don't worry if you've never done any of this before. We'll give you the training and support to get going.
What we're looking for
Someone who is:
Fun, energetic and brings a bit of life into the office.
Confident speaking on the phone and comfortable chatting to new people.
Hardworking, motivated and keen to earn good money.
Coachable, curious and willing to learn.
A team player with no ego, no arrogance and no attitude.
You might come from hospitality, retail, customer service or another people-focused role. Your background matters far less than your attitude.
