An order placed, a delivery chased, a problem solved. You're someone who keeps things moving.
If you enjoy joining the dots and getting the details right, this Supply Chain Administrator role in Ely deserves a closer look.
EA First is partnering with an established international business to find someone who can keep orders on track and help its European teams get the parts they need. You'll have regular contact with colleagues across the business, ownership of your workload and the satisfaction of seeing your work make a difference every day.
Alongside a varied role, there's hybrid working, flexitime and a benefits package that includes private medical insurance and a 7% employer pension contribution.
The role
You'll coordinate spare parts orders from request through to delivery, staying on top of stock records, checking progress and helping resolve queries before they hold things up.
Day to day, you'll be:
Processing purchase and sales orders, keeping the ERP system accurate and up to date.
Tracking deliveries, following up outstanding orders and communicating updates.
Coordinating stock returns and corrections for service technicians.
Working with customer service teams and European warehouses to resolve order queries.
Preparing regular reports, monitoring obsolete stock and supporting export administration.
Assisting with monthly intercompany invoicing.
You'll work closely with supply chain, finance, customer service and trade compliance colleagues, so being comfortable asking questions and building relationships will help you settle in.
About you
You might already work in supply chain or logistics, or come from an administration role where managing orders and keeping accurate records is a big part of your day.
You'll bring at least two years' relevant experience, confidence using an ERP system and a good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
You're organised, you follow things through and you know when something needs chasing. You can manage competing deadlines without losing sight of the detail, and you're happy taking responsibility for your own workload.
What's in it for you?
A temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent.
Hybrid working and flexitime.
7% employer pension contribution.
Private medical insurance.
Income protection and life assurance at four times salary.
Perks at Work discounts.

You'll join a supportive team where initiative is encouraged, with opportunities to develop your knowledge and grow your experience across an international operation.
