Cover People are looking for an enthusiastic HLTA to support teaching and learning in a primary school in Burnage.
Your role
Deliver planned lessons and provide classroom cover.
Lead small-group interventions and individual support.
Support pupils with different learning needs, including SEND.
Build positive relationships and promote good behaviour.
Work with teachers to support pupil progress.
✅ What you’ll bring
HLTA status, a relevant qualification or substantial experience in a similar role.
Experience working in a primary school.
Confidence leading whole-class learning.
Strong behaviour management skills.
A proactive, flexible and caring approach.
