General Accounts Administration: Supporting the day-to-day financial administration of the business and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is confident managing their own workload and comfortable taking responsibility for the accounts function within a small team.
You’ll ideally have:
-
Previous experience in credit control, bookkeeping, accounts administration or a similar all-round accounts role.
-
A good understanding of bookkeeping principles, ledgers, payments and account reconciliations.
-
Experience chasing outstanding debts and communicating confidently with customers about payments.
-
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to maintaining accurate financial records.
-
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a professional and tactful telephone manner.
