Manufacturing Operative
We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business within the local area.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in production, manufacturing, machine operation, engineering, or warehousing who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced industrial environment.
The Role:
Working as part of a supportive production team, you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient operation of manufacturing processes, ensuring products are produced to high quality standards and production targets are achieved.
Duties will include:

Operating and monitoring production machinery.

Carrying out quality checks on finished products.

Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch.

Supporting production changeovers and line set-ups.

Supplying raw materials to production areas.

General warehousing and stock movement duties.

Maintaining high housekeeping standards.

Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, engineering or industrial environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Hold or be willing to obtain forklift truck training.
This role would suit candidates from backgrounds including Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Machine Operator, Assembly Operative, Process Operator, Warehouse Operative or Engineering Operative positions.
