Position: Steel Erector
Location: Buxton
Start date: 01.11.26
Duration: 3-4 months
Hours of Work: Mon-Sat, approx 60hrs/week
PAYE Pay Rates:
Mon-Fri, All Hours: £24.00/hr, including £2.58/hr Holiday Pay
Sat-Sun, All Hours: £28.00/hr
The Role:
Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting Steel Erectors for a construction project on Buxton cement plant. Duties will include:
-Erection and installation of structural steelwork in line with engineering drawings and site specifications.
-Assist with the assembly, alignment and securing of steel structures and components.
-Work alongside other trades to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
-Follow site health and safety procedures and comply with all relevant safety requirements.
-Use tools and equipment safely and correctly.
-Ensure all work is completed to the required quality standards and within agreed timescales.
Requirements:
CSCS card
NVQ Level 3 in Capital Plant Steel Structures
IPAF card 3a 3b
MP Connect card
Experience working on industrial or heavy engineering sites
Ability to follow engineering drawings, instructions and site procedures.
Good awareness of health and safety requirements.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
