Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000

The role of the HSEQ Advisor – Building Envelope will involve:

HSEQ Advisor position promoting a range of building envelope projects

May be required to visit sites across the North West

Ensure standards are maintained throughout project delivery

Review and monitor risk assessments, method statements and site-specific health and safety documentation
-
Provide guidance and support to project teams, site managers and subcontractors to promote a strong health and safety culture

Assist with incident investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement of HSEQ procedures and management systems
The ideal applicant will be a HSEQ Advisor – Building Envelope with:

Must have experience as a HSEQ Advisor, Manager, Officer or come from a closely related technical position

Technical understanding of commercial façades, curtain walling, cladding, aluminium windows, glazing & doors or a related building envelope system

Highly advantageous to have proven leadership and team-management skills

Strong problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
