Estate Operative (ongoing temp cover)
Mon to Fri 7am to 3.30pm Mon to Fri (40hrs per week)
£12.71 plus holiday pay, weekly pay!
You will be based at a large multiple block modern residential development within easy reach of Imperial Wharf station and easy connections to Fulham Broadway tube station. This is an ongoing commitment until further notice working 7am to 3.30pm Mon to Fri. You will be in an environment featuring landscaped grounds, concierge team and the support of a friendly team of cleaning and estate operative staff. It is therefore essential to be an excellent team player who likes to be active outdoors in maintaining a beautifully clean environment for the residents to enjoy. You will spend your time managing waste and recycling collections, maintain clean bin stores, carry out basic external litter picking, sweeping, grounds tasks, conduct building checks and report any defects to the management team. This role is for someone who takes pride in their work with a keen eye for detail and hands-on approach, good communicator, safety-conscious and follow the estate’s procedures. You will need to be familiar with cleaning techniques, tools and machinery including safe chemical use and COSHH awareness. Basic DIY skills for small works such as changing a light bulb or fault finding
