Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing:
Plan, coordinate, and manage the daily workload of technicians and order parts/materials, across the UK, ensuring the efficient allocation of internal and external resources based on location, skillset, and operational requirements. Maintain accurate schedules through the Labour Management System and proactively book client appointments via telephone and email in line with contractual deadlines and service level agreements.
Work closely with Commercial, Operations, the Head of Internal Operations, and the Head of Infield Service Delivery to ensure field activity aligns with business priorities and divisional objectives. Communicate regularly to manage client expectations and escalate service or customer issues promptly where required.
Proactively monitor and manage client portals, review service updates, and communicate relevant changes to account managers. Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or capacity shortfalls to minimise disruption, while providing ongoing telephone and email support to field-based teams.
Contribute to continuous business improvement initiatives, act as a professional ambassador for the company at all times and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and safe working practices, reporting any accidents or near misses in line with company procedures.
Can you show experience in some of these areas:
