My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a foremen to help deliver a major civil engineering and highways package in Leeds.
Foreman Responsibilities:

Supervising site operatives and subcontractors.

Managing day-to-day site activities.
-
Overseeing civil engineering works on a large civils scheme.
-
Coordinating labour, plant and materials.
-
Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring health and safety compliance.
-
Liaising with the Site Manager and project team.
Foreman Requirements:
-
Gold CSCS or Black CSCS card.
-
SSSTS or SMSTS.
-
Previous experience managing or supervising major civils or highways schemes.
-
Strong civil engineering background.
-
Good understanding of RAMS and health and safety procedures.
-
Full UK driving licence.
