We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Parts Advisor at a reputable vehicle dealership in Farnham, Surrey. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced parts professional to join a well-respected team within the automotive industry. The Parts Advisor will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient parts management.

Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email regarding parts enquiries
Maintaining accurate parts records and managing inventory levels as the Parts Advisor
Picking, packing, and organising parts for delivery or customer collection
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Supporting the team in achieving departmental targets and objectives
Ensuring exceptional customer service and parts support at all timesRequirements:
Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role
Knowledge of automotive parts and ability to identify vehicle components accurately
Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently when necessary as the Parts Advisor
