The role – 360 Recruitment Consultant
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing new client relationships and winning business to sourcing candidates and successfully filling vacancies.
This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role that offers plenty of opportunity to grow your desk, build your reputation and maximise your earning potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
Business Development: Proactively identify, approach and win new clients to grow your desk and develop long-term partnerships.
Account Management: Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, networking and your own initiative to attract high-quality candidates.
Screening and Interviews: Assess candidate suitability, manage interviews and match the right people to the right opportunities.
Negotiation and Placement: Manage offers, negotiate terms and salaries, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue, expand client accounts and develop your specialist market.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activity meets relevant legal requirements and company standards.
Which sectors are we recruiting for?
We are keen to speak with recruiters who have experience in one or more of the following areas:
Driving Recruitment – HGV, LGV, Class 1, Class 2, van drivers and transport personnel.
Industrial Recruitment – Warehouse, production, manufacturing, logistics and industrial staff.
Technical Recruitment – Engineering, skilled technical professionals and specialist technical roles.
Commercial Recruitment – Office support, administration, customer service, sales and other commercial positions.

What we're looking for
Previous recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment.
Experience in a 360, full-desk recruitment role is advantageous.
A proven ability to develop new business and build lasting client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, resilient and commercially minded approach.
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Ambition to achieve targets, grow your desk and maximise your earnings.
