The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing and managing client relationships while sourcing and placing high-quality candidates across temporary and permanent vacancies.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing new business opportunities through proactive sales activity
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
Managing existing accounts and identifying growth opportunities
Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates using various recruitment methods
Interviewing, screening, and matching candidates to suitable roles
Managing the entire recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement
Negotiating offers and providing market insights to clients
Achieving individual and branch targets while delivering exceptional serviceWhat We're Looking For
Previous recruitment experience is essential
Proven success in business development and client account management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A confident and professional approach to sales
Target-driven with a desire to succeed
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a successful team
