T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our client based in Coalville on a Temporary to Permanent basis.
Our client is a leader within the manufacturing industry and due to a period of growth are looking to expand their team.
Due to the nature of their products candidates must not smoke or vape. You will be working within a controlled environment so will be required to wear full PPE for the duration of your shift.
Production Operative Job Details and Benefits;

Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-1pm

Access to bonus scheme up to £2400 per annum after qualifying period

Production Operative Responsibilities;

Quality checking the product
-
Inspecting the product for defects
-
Assembly of products
-
Checking batch numbers
-
Packing and Trimming products
-
Cleaning packaging to standard
-
Adhering to strict health and safety procedures and working within a controlled environment

Completing paperwork
-
Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
-
Completing any other duties as necessary
Production Operative Person Specification;
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Knowledge of a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential as full training is given

Confident manner
-
Ability to work to deadlines
-
Good knowledge of written English is essential
