This hotel on Hayling Island has spa facilities, a cabaret restaurant, and overlooks a lake near the Hampshire coast.We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join the culinary team at Warner Hotels, helping to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
As Sous Chef, what will I be doing?
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring all stations are properly organised and prepared for service.
Supervising and training junior chefs, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
Ensuring food safety standards are always adhered to, including proper storage, handling, and cooking techniques.
Monitoring inventory levels and managing food costs to meet financial targets.
Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and responding to guest feedback
What are we looking for?
A Sous Chef who understands the importance of working in a branded environment. You will have the ability to create a culture of support and actively encourages teamwork. You'll be willing to challenge and coach the team if standards aren’t meeting required levels, as you're a chef with a passion for great food and service.
