Private Client Solicitor
Our client a multi-office law firm are now recruiting for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding Private Team. Our client is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to bring a new edge to the firm.
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will become a trusted adviser to a broad range of clients. You will manage your own varied caseload, providing tailored legal advice across a range of private client matters including Wills, Probate , Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyships and Advanced Directives.
Responsibilities

Manage your own varied Private Client Caseload from Instruction through to completion

Advising on Wills, Probate and Estate Administration matters

Preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney

Administration of Estates and Trusts
-
Managing Court of Protection matters
-
Tax and Trust Planning
-
Deputyships and Advance Directive
-
Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority
-
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring client matters and information are kept confidential

Willing to be involved in Business development for the Private Client Team
Skills & Requirements
-
Ideally you will be a Minium of 2 yrs + PQE those that fall outside of this will also be considered

Excellent client facing skills and the ability to nurture existing clients , as well as the ability to help develop new business and assist in networking events

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability of building effective and trusting relations with people internally and externally to the firm.
