Are you organised, enjoy helping people and thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same?
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join a busy service delivery team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administration and customer service and wants to build their experience in a fast-paced, people-focused business.
You don't need previous industry experience, and while an administrative background would be beneficial, we're equally interested in people with strong organisational skills, a positive attitude and the motivation to learn.
What you'll be doing
-
Supporting internal teams with day-to-day administration and coordination.
-
Collecting and checking paperwork to ensure applications are complete and accurate.
-
Carrying out reference checks and verifying documents.
-
Coordinating onboarding, helping successful applicants complete the necessary steps before starting.
-
Supporting high-volume campaigns and helping keep the process running smoothly.
-
Assisting with adverts and posting across relevant pages.
-
Responding to enquiries and providing a professional, helpful service throughout the process.
-
Keeping applicant information and records accurate, ensuring deadlines and priorities are managed effectively.
What we're looking for
-
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
-
Clear communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
-
Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office 365.
-
The ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines and stay organised in a busy environment.
-
A practical, problem-solving approach and the confidence to work independently when needed.
-
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is motivated to learn and develop.
Previous experience in a fast-paced office or administration role would be beneficial, but industry experience isn't essential. We're looking for the right attitude, a willingness to learn and someone who takes pride in doing a job well.
What's on offer?
-
Hybrid working, with up to three days per week from home.
-
Flexible start and finish times.
-
23 days' annual leave, increasing with length of service, plus your birthday off.
-
A flexible benefits package following probation.
-
Structured training, ongoing support and opportunities for career development.
-
A friendly, informal team environment with a busy, energetic atmosphere.
