We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, interpret data, identify opportunities and turn insight into action. You’ll need strong commercial judgement, excellent Excel skills and the confidence to build relationships with key decision-makers while taking ownership of your territory’s performance.
You’ll join a supportive, professional team that values collaboration, initiative and continuous development, with full training provided on the products.
Key Responsibilities
-
Drive sales and growth: Develop and implement a clear territory plan to achieve sales budgets, increase market share and maximise commercial opportunities.
-
Manage key accounts: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, stakeholders and decision-makers, identifying opportunities to grow existing business and develop new accounts.
-
Analyse sales performance: Use Excel and sales data to monitor results, identify trends, assess account potential and highlight opportunities for improvement.
-
Plan territory activity: Organise and document field visits, prioritising accounts according to sales potential, customer needs and geographical location.
-
Maintain accurate reporting: Keep CRM records, sales forecasts, account plans and activity reports up to date, using data to support informed commercial decisions.
-
Understand the market: Monitor competitor activity, customer requirements and market developments to identify opportunities and inform territory strategy.
-
Develop product expertise: Build a strong understanding of the product portfolio and its applications, communicating relevant benefits confidently and accurately.
-
Collaborate with colleagues: Work closely with the senior team and other territory managers to deliver a joined-up approach to customer service and business development.
-
Provide sales and administrative support: Assist the wider sales function with reporting, planning, account information and day-to-day coordination.
About You
You’ll be an intelligent, commercially aware and organised individual who enjoys working with both people and data. You’ll be comfortable taking ownership of your workload, analysing performance and using evidence to make sound business decisions.
We’re particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
-
Strong analytical ability and a logical, solutions-focused approach.
-
Advanced Excel skills, including confidence working with large datasets, analysing trends, using formulas and producing clear reports.
-
Excellent organisation, time management and territory-planning skills.
-
Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building abilities.
-
A proactive, tenacious and results-driven attitude.
-
The ability to interpret information, identify patterns and translate findings into practical sales strategies.
-
Confidence working independently while contributing positively to the sales team.
-
A full, clean UK driving licence.
Experience and Background
Previous sales experience is beneficial, particularly in account management and business development
Experience selling into the NHS
However, we’re also keen to hear from candidates with strong commercial and analytical skills gained in other sectors, provided they can demonstrate the intelligence, drive and relationship-building ability needed to succeed in a healthcare sales environment.
A degree-level qualification is desirable.
If you’re a data-driven commercial professional who combines analytical thinking with strong relationship-building skills, and you’re ready to take ownership of a territory and make a measurable impact on business growth, we’d love to hear from you
